Resource Centre - Conditions of Membership

• All groups using Mansfield Play Resource Centre must be bone-fide children's groups, with the aim of providing play materials, and the training group leaders, parents and volunteers in play activities.

• Any materials provided by Mansfield Play Resource Centre will be solely for the activities of the user group and will not be resold, exchanged or used for any other purpose without the written agreement of the Mansfield Play Resource Centre.

• Mansfield Play Resource Centre Reserves the right to refuse or suspend the membership of any group with reasonable cause.

• Mansfield Play Resource Centre will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials it supplies are safe.

• Mansfield Play Resource Centre will not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury which might arise from using materials supplied by the Mansfield Play Resource Centre.

• If accepted as a member group your organisational will be issued with a membership card.

• This must be signed by the representative of your group who will be your authorised representative. In the event of someone from your group other than the signatory wishing to use the card then a
  letter of authorisation must be produced.

• In the event of the card being lost or stolen please inform Mansfield Play Resource Centre as soon as possible.

• The membership card for the Mansfield Play Resource Centre is for the sole use of the Member Group to whom it is issued and is not transferable.
