We require 2 forms of I.D.
On becoming a member of Mansfield Play Forum Toy Library you will be allowed to borrow two items, after three loans this will change to our normal lending criteria which is six items in total, only four of which can be DVD's
Maximum of 4 weeks loan period for toys.
Loans from minium donation of 30p a pack of toys per week and 75p per DVD per week subject to availability and discretion.
Usual donation charges made for overdue items.
All equipment borrowed is to be returned clean and on time.
If accepted as a member you will be issued with a membership card. This must be signed. In the event of the card being lost or stolen please inform Mansfield Play Forum Toy Library as soon as possible.
Mansfield Play Forum Toy Library will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the equipment is safe and clean.
Mansfield Play Forum Toy Library reserves the right to refuse or suspend the membership of anyone with reasonable cause.
Please report any broken or missing items to a member of staff upon return. We understand that toys will get broken and do not expect members to replace them. However malicious damage is not acceptable and in such circumstances replacement will be required otherwise membership will be terminated.
Mansfield Play Forum Toy Library will not be liable for any injury which might arise from using equipment loaned from them.
Children must be supervised at all times whilst visiting the Toy Library.
Toy Packs must not be played with in the Toy Library - you are responsible for the children in your care and your belongings at all times.
