What Is Swap Zone ?

Swap zone is a project set up by the Out of School Co-Ordinator and passed over to Mansfield Play Forum to administer. It consist of large storage tubs with wheels & lids full of equipment for play activities within your out of school clubs there is also larger equipment and dressing up costumes that can be borrowed on a termly basis.

WHO CAN USE SWAP ZONE ?

It was set up primarily for Out of School club operating within the Mansfield area. It can also be used during the school holidays by Playschemes, provided the equipment is used within the terms of the loan agreement.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO USE SWAP ZONE ?

To be able to use this service you are requested to become a member of the Mansfield Play Resource Centre (membership is free)
Come and choose the tubs and other equipment you need, fill out the loan agreement and arrange for the mobile resource worker to deliver to your club.
When the term of loan is up you are requested to complete the
evaluation form and record any damage, loss or wear & tear of any of the items in the column headed "checked." There is also space for worker's comments, please use that section to make comments good or bad about any of the equipment, this will enable us to give the best service we can.
